Airborne Science and Mission Support
Arc-Crest supported groups working in Airborne Science and Mission Support are essential collaborators with the Airborne Science Program and the Earth Sciences Division at NASA Ames Research Center. Their work includes the planning, implementation, and post-mission support for large, complex, multi-agency, national and international field campaigns. Researchers in this group are also involved with projects such as satellite calibration and scheduling, the development of new sensor technologies, and ensuring that the necessary tools for collecting Earth Science data are consistently providing maximum scientific return.
